Role & Responsibilities

- Visit merchants and businesses to generate new leads.
- Promote SBI Payments POS machines, QR codes, and digital payment solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to merchants.
- Acquire and onboard new merchants as per business requirements.
- Collect and verify required KYC/documents from merchants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and current merchants.
- Coordinate with the internal team for installation, activation, and issue resolution.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
