Job OverviewWe are seeking an organized and proactive Junior Marketing Project Manager to oversee day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects for Tio da Sorte and related partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily marketing tasks, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with marketing specialists, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign execution and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and status reports.
- Identify project delays, resolve coordination issues, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Support senior management in marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Organize team meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Monitor task completion and ensure clear communication across teams.




- Assist in improving marketing workflows and project coordination processes.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and marketing operations.
- Robust organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, tasks, and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to track project progress and prepare clear status reports.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and following up on deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or partnership initiatives.
- Familiarity with task tracking, project reporting, and workflow management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
