About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive business growth across our Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Turnkey Projects, and Product Sales divisions.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, relationship management, and digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for architecture, interior design, construction, Turnkey Interiors and product sales.
- Identify potential clients, conduct client meetings, and convert inquiries into business.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage social media marketing, digital campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, homeowners, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal design, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Track leads, maintain customer databases,



and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Turnkey Projects or Product Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to independently approach clients, conduct meetings, and close business deals.
- Target-oriented mindset with robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
