After successfully building our team of Junior Key Account Managers and seeing solid growth in numbers through their on-ground ownership, we are now glad to expand the team further.
We’re looking for Junior Key Account Managers – Modern Trade in these cities as native: Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Tirunelveli
Who We’re Looking For
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Retail/Modern Trade experience is not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting mapped outlets regularly.
- Energetic, execution-driven, with strong ownership.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and solve problems.
- The right attitude matters more than experience.
You’ll be responsible for managing mapped outlets, driving secondary sales, ensuring stock availability and visibility, building strong store relationships, and executing activations on the ground.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Zonal Key Account Manager, taking ownership of a larger market and P&L.;
