Role Description The Junior Human Resources role is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur.



The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

This position will support personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration under the guidance of senior HR team members. The Junior HR professional will assist in coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and supporting performance management processes. The role also includes handling basic employee queries, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
