About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with exceptional aesthetics and a solid understanding of social media.

Someone who understands that designing for Instagram isn't just about making things look pretty. It's about understanding the brand, the audience, the trends, and what makes someone stop scrolling.

You'll work with brands across categories, including Salt, Aminu, Ultraviolette, Swiggy Instamart, and more. We're looking for someone who's curious, plugged into internet culture, and preferably has some experience working with brands or a creative agency.

Good taste is mandatory. Boring is not an option.

What You'll Do

- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.
- Create content that understands platform culture, not just brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs and ideas into visually engaging designs that grab attention.
- Stay updated with design trends, internet culture, memes, and emerging visual styles.
- Work closely with content strategists, copywriters, and video editors to bring ideas to life.
- Understand different brand identities and adapt your design style accordingly.
- Take feedback, experiment with ideas, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Exceptional aesthetics. You know when something looks good, and more importantly, why.

- A strong understanding of social media content and what works across platforms.
- Good awareness of design trends, pop culture, and internet conversations.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.





- Solid English communication skills. Reading, writing, and speaking are all important.
- Some exposure to working with brands, clients, or a creative agency is preferred.
- Someone collaborative, open to feedback, and genuinely fun to work with.

- A portfolio showcasing your design work. Personal projects count, too.

Brownie Points

- Experience designing for D2C, food, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.

- Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to think beyond templates and develop original creative directions.
- A habit of saving good ads, spotting trends early, and asking, "What if we tried this?"

What Matters to Us We want someone who brings taste, curiosity, internet awareness, and personality to the table.

You don't have to know everything. But you should care about the details, have opinions about good design, be willing to experiment, and understand that social media creative is more than putting text on a background.

And yes, being fun to work with is genuinely part of the job. We spend too much time making things together for that not to matter.

Location & Work Arrangement

- Office Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore.

- Work Mode: Hybrid, with three days per week working from the office.

- Eligibility: Candidates should be based in Bangalore or be willing to relocate. You should be comfortable commuting to our Bommanahalli office three days a week.
