Role & responsibilities

Recording of physical parameters of Equipment and Microbiology Laboratory (Temperature, RH, etc.).

Sterility testing of finished products, stability, miscellaneous samples.

Receipt and storage of samples received for Microbiology testing.

Receipt, storage and testing of biological indicators.

Incubation, Visual inspection, growth promotion testing and destruction of media fill vials/ampoules.

Environmental monitoring of controlled areas (Clean rooms) including Microbiology laboratory and incubation of media plates

Particulate matter test.

Water sampling.

Operation, cleaning and temperature monitoring of microbiology incubators.

Operation and Monitoring of Newtronic Software ICDAS

Verification/review of documents on daily basis.
