About the Role

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of online orders at Delco Shoes.

This is an ideal prospect for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is organised, responsible, comfortable working on computers and eager to learn how e-commerce operations work.

The role involves coordinating with our warehouse and store teams, ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time, maintaining order records and helping resolve routine dispatch-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and coordinate online orders to ensure timely dispatch.
- Check stock availability with warehouse and store teams.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and courier handovers.
- Track order status and flag dispatch delays promptly.
- Follow up with courier partners regarding pickups and shipment issues.




- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and order management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock and order-related discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately.

Requirements

- Fresher or candidate with 0–2 year of experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Comfortable coordinating with warehouse, store and courier teams.
- Able to work from our office in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.
- Candidates residing in Delhi and nearby areas are preferred for convenient commuting.

Good to Have

- Internship or experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Basic knowledge of online order processing or courier platforms.
