Cookd is a food brand from Tamil Nadu with a community of over 6 million followers. We make masalas and cooking kits that help home cooks make excellent meals every time. We sell through our own website, every quick commerce app, over 6,500 stores across Tamil Nadu, and to customers abroad through distributors in the US, Australia and more.
What you'll do
- Help build and test recipes with our chefs
- Prep, cook and support shoots and taste trials
- Keep recipe records and data tidy in Google Sheets
- Learn how a food brand takes a recipe from the kitchen to a pack
Who should apply
- A recent culinary or hotel-management graduate, or in your final year
- Hotel kitchen internship experience preferred; applicants to hotel management trainee programmes are welcome
- Confident with non-veg and South Indian cooking
- Committed to a career in the kitchen
- Based in South India, or ready to move to Chennai
- Selection includes a practical cooking test in Chennai
Reports to: Chief Culinary Officer. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
