Role Description The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade’s learning solutions by identifying potential learners and partners, and introducing them to relevant programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting basic market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and communicating with prospective customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. The associate will assist senior team members in follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



and contributing to campaigns and outreach activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with a starting salary of 20,000 per month, offering training and mentorship to help develop core business development skills.
