Job Summary

Sai Ply Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior BTL Marketing Executive to support the company's Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and willing to work in the field to execute promotional campaigns, brand activation activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand activation programs.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners for marketing initiatives.
- Support the execution of in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) branding, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Conduct market visits to identify promotional opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, dealer meets, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of branding materials, banners, standees, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, campaign expenses, photographs, and field reports.




- Monitor campaign effectiveness and share feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, brand promotion, or event coordination.
- Freshers with a solid interest in field marketing may also apply.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a team.
