Job Title: Junior Barista Reports To: Senior Barista / Café Manager Job Purpose: Assist in beverage preparation and service while maintaining café cleanliness and providing friendly guest interactions.
Requirements
- Preparation: Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Mise-en-place: Stock the coffee station and prepare ingredients for service.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a sanitized workstation, equipment, and service area.
- Service: Engage customers professionally and process billing via POS.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and storage (FIFO) protocols.
- Support: Assist senior staff with inventory and general café duties.
- Experience: 0–1 year in a café (Freshers welcome).
- Skills: Basic coffee knowledge and an eagerness to learn brewing techniques.
- Attributes: Solid communication and ability to work flexible shifts.
