- A Junior Biomedical Engineer supports the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of medical and clinical equipment under the guidance of senior engineers or technical teams.

Key Responsibilities • Installation &

- Commissioning: Assist in setting up, testing, and calibrating new medical devices.
- Maintenance &
- Repairs: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and handle routine troubleshooting of equipment faults.
- Compliance &
- Safety: Ensure devices adhere to hospital safety protocols, electrical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers and third-party vendors for major repairs or service contracts.
- Staff Training: Instruct healthcare and clinical staff on the protected, proper operation of medical instruments.
- Documentation &
- Inventory: Maintain service logs, calibration records, and spare parts/equipment inventories.
