Job Title: Advocate / Legal Associate

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Zirakpur

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Advocate / Legal Associate to join our office on a full-time salaried basis.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal notices, complaints, applications and affidavits.
- Preparing police complaints and cybercrime complaints.
- Handling fraud, immigration-related disputes and other legal matters.
- Preparing case files and maintaining legal documentation.
- Researching applicable laws and legal procedures.
- Coordinating with clients, police authorities and courts, as appropriate.

Requirements:

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.




- Valid enrolment with the relevant State Bar Council, if required for the assigned duties.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal drafting.
- Strong communication, research and documentation skills.
- Relevant experience will be preferred.
