Role & responsibilities

- Assist senior architects and interior designers in planning, designing, and executing residential and commercial interior projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, furniture layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and interior visualizations using SketchUp and other relevant software.
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting, and interior accessories.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and basic presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design specifications are followed.
- Understand client requirements and assist in translating them into practical design solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings are updated as per project requirements.
- Follow project timelines and assist in completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred.
- Basic understanding of interior layouts, furniture planning, materials, and construction details.




- Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior working drawings.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and practical design.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work on real-time projects.
- Must be open to site visits and coordination with contractors when required.
- Candidates should be sincere, proactive, organised, and committed to meeting deadlines.
