About the Role

GG Apparels is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join its Accounts and Finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in accounting, basic financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should possess good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and updating accounting entries.
- Maintain records of expenses, petty cash, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS records, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and account statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment and accounting queries.
- Support the senior accountant or finance team during monthly closing and audits.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.




- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a responsible approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join within 7 days are strongly preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office at Sector 63, Noida.

Compensation and Benefits
