Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on generated leads. Understand students' requirements, interests, and career goals.
Explain available courses, training programs, features, and benefits.
Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable programs.
Handle enquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule counselling sessions and appointments with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Build robust relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive enquiry experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
