We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive for our organization at Siliguri west Bengal. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts department.

Job Role & Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting activities and data entry.

· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

· Prepare and process e-invoices, bills and credit/debit notes.

Generate Eway Bills

· Manage accounts receivable and payable.

· Ensure all accounting records are updated and accurate for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B Com)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software..
