Travel

Consultant – Corporate Travel is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for supporting corporate clients with end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings. The Jr.

Consultant will manage reservations, handle itinerary changes, and ensure accurate documentation of travel details in company systems.



Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing travel options that align with corporate policies and budgets, and resolving issues related to bookings or travel disruptions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver timely, reliable, and customer-focused travel services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to support corporate travel planning and policy compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, changes, and itinerary coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address client needs, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Relevant experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or a related service industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and standard office software is beneficial.
