:

1. Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
2. Proficiently use all test equipment related in the testing of assigned devices.
3. Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
4. Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
5. Documents test results and equipment history.
6. Researches technical issues using all available data.
7. Trouble shoots and identifies correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problem.
8. Talks to customers for the purpose of selling parts.
9. Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
