Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Purpose To support the execution and supervision of construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and site contractors.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and material consumption details.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material requisition, and BOQ preparation.
- Identify site issues and report deviations or delays to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in inspections,



snag-list preparation, and rectification work.

Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

- Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Quality of work and reduction in rework.
- Accuracy of site measurements and daily reports.
- Effective coordination with contractors and site teams.
- Compliance with safety procedures.
- Efficient use of materials and resources.

Pay: ₹25,200.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
