Broad outline of the Role

- Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day termination/cancellation related operations

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 1-3 Years experience

Other Knowledge & Skills

- Good Knowledge of Sales processes & knowledge for e2e order journey
- Exposure to handle multiple CFT's interaction would be a value add
- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders




- Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily activities of terminations & Cancellations
- Maintain daily reports & trackers
- Ensure all SLA’s are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same
- No Credit notes due to manual error & delays
