About Us

TVASHTAR is an emerging design-led fine craft house developing distinctive jewellery and accessories. We are building an exclusive high-jewellery practice dedicated to original design, exceptional craftsmanship and individually considered creations.

The Role

We are looking for an accomplished High Jewellery Designer with exceptional artistic ability, design sensitivity and knowledge of precious jewellery.

This is a creative role for someone who can translate a concept into an extraordinary, technically considered piece of jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original high-jewellery concepts, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and bespoke pieces.

Create exceptional hand sketches, colour renderings, mood boards and detailed design presentations.

Design around diamonds, rare coloured gemstones, unusual cuts and unique stone combinations.

Understand gemstone proportions, setting techniques, metal construction and visual balance.

Work closely with the founder to establish a distinctive high-jewellery design language.





Coordinate with the CAD team to translate designs into manufacturable pieces without compromising artistic intent.

Review CAD models, prototypes, samples and finished pieces.

Collaborate with craftsmen and external manufacturing partners.

Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant fine or high jewellery design experience.

Outstanding sketching, rendering and original concept-development skills.

Strong understanding of diamonds, coloured gemstones, settings and precious metals.

Experience with high-end bespoke or one-of-a-kind jewellery.

Ability to communicate technical details clearly to CAD designers and craftsmen.

CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent digital design proficiency is useful.

- Strong portfolio of original work is mandatory.
