Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations &
- Management:

Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a pristine presentation, elegant visual merchandising, and seamless customer service standards.

- Sales &

- Target Achievement:

Drive store revenue by setting and meeting monthly/annual sales targets, upselling high-value collections, and managing walk-in clientele effectively.

- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and repeat buyers; handle high-ticket negotiations and personalized styling consultations.

- Inventory &

- Stock Security:

Oversee daily vault management, regular stock audits, precious metal/gemstone reconciliations, and strict security/safety protocols.

- Team Leadership &

- Training:

Train, mentor, and motivate floor sales associates and cashiers on product knowledge, gemstone grading, etiquette, and customer handling.

- Compliance &

- Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales registers, daily cash flows,



BIS hallmark compliance, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience (3–6+ years) as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager in a premium/fine jewellery retail brand.

- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of fine jewellery categories (gold, polki, kundan, diamond, and gemstone jewellery), purity standards (hallmarking), and current market trends.

- Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; strong numerical proficiency for billing and inventory management.

- Professional Presence: Polished, professional demeanor suited for a luxury retail workplace.

- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jaipur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
