Role Description The Jewellery Merchandiser will manage product assortments, inventory planning, and merchandising strategies for lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry collections. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves analyzing sales trends, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring the right mix of products is available across channels. Daily responsibilities include updating product catalogs, tracking stock levels,



preparing merchandising reports, and collaborating with design and production teams on new collections.

The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with retail and B2B partners, supporting pricing and promotional planning, and ensuring that displays and presentations align with brand standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand store performance, product mix, and customer buying behavior.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Experience in jewelry, diamonds, or luxury goods merchandising is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheets or inventory software, and attention to detail are key.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
