- Good understanding of IBM ELM architecture, APIs, integration capabilities, and customization frameworks.

- Experience integrating IBM ELM with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

- Knowledge of requirements management, change management, test management, and lifecycle traceability within the ELM ecosystem.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and implement scalable ELM-based solutions and customizations.
