We have an opportunity for Java+Python

Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Note: 1 F2F interview is Mandate as per our Interview process

- Design develop and deploy scalable and resilient backend microservices using Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment for mission critical financial applications
- Architect and implement solutions for complex financial workflows including trade processing compliance logic and data reporting
- Collaborate with frontend developers product managers and other stakeholders to define and build robust RESTful APIs
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code adhering to best practices and established coding standards
- Expertise in Java 11 and the Spring Framework with deep hands on experience in Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Data
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed production environment ensuring platform stability and reliability
- Contribute to our DevOps culture by maintaining and improving CICD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and knowledge sharing
- Qualifications
- 5 years of backend development experience and a robust computer science foundation
- Expertise in Java 11 and the Spring Framework with deep handson experience in Spring Boot Spring MVC and Spring Data




- Proven experience in developing or managing complex microservices based systems with a solid understanding of Spring Cloud and related patterns eg service discovery API gateways
- Strong proficiency with relational databases specifically SQL Server and experience with persistence frameworks like MyBatis or Hibernate
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of design patterns algorithms and complex system architecture design
- Solid understanding of version control systems like Git and familiarity with collaboration tools
- Experience with backend engineering tools eg Maven Gradle and CICD pipelines Jenkins Docker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently
- Knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems like Apache Kafka is a plus
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
- Understanding of Python Generative AI GenAI and Large Language Models LLMs including their applications and frameworks is a plus

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
