Role Purpose The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and deploy features across 25+ construction ERP modules, working across backend and frontend to deliver reliable, scalable functionality, collaborating closely with the Technical Delivery Manager and product team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build full-stack features across the Wilotus platform's ERP modules.
- Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend interfaces using Angular or React.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build and optimise dashboards, forms, and data visualisations for end users.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and pipelines.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across modules.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.




- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Java (Spring Boot) backend and Angular or React frontend.
- Solid hands-on experience with Angular 17+, including components, services, routing, forms, RxJS, Signals, and state management.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive UI development, and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong experience building reusable Angular components, shared libraries, and scalable frontend architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation, lazy loading, change detection, code splitting, caching, and other UI best practices.
- Experience with Angular testing practices and tools, including Vitest, Jasmine, and Karma.
- Strong API design skills RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data pipeline design.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS: EC2, S3, RDS,



Lambda).
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern development workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building features for enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of construction industry workflows, project controls, or cost management.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerised deployments.
- Familiarity with BI/visualisation tools (Highcharts, D3.js, Tableau).
- Construction, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure domain experience.
- Experience building and optimising dashboards, forms, data visualisations, and enterprise web applications.
