Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused IVF Expert / IVF Consultant to join our fertility and reproductive medicine team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical experience in infertility evaluation, IVF/ICSI treatment planning, ovarian stimulation, fertility procedures, and patient counselling.

The candidate will be responsible for managing fertility patients throughout their treatment journey while maintaining high standards of clinical care, documentation, and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with infertility and reproductive health concerns.

● Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history, investigations, and clinical findings.

● Manage IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive treatment protocols.

● Monitor ovarian stimulation cycles through ultrasound and relevant investigations.

● Perform or assist with fertility-related procedures as per clinical protocols and qualifications.

● Coordinate with embryologists, nurses, anaesthetists, and other members of the IVF team.

● Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, expected outcomes, and timelines.

● Review investigation reports including hormonal profiles, ultrasound findings, semen analysis, and other fertility-related tests.

● Monitor patients during treatment cycles and provide appropriate follow-up.

● Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, consent documentation, and clinical notes.

● Ensure compliance with applicable IVF/ART regulations, hospital policies, and clinical protocols.

● Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions,



and quality improvement activities.

● Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, ethical, patient-centered care.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of infertility management and assisted reproductive technologies.

● Experience in IVF/ICSI treatment protocols.

● Good understanding of ovarian stimulation and follicular monitoring.

● Strong patient counselling and communication skills.

● Ability to manage complex infertility cases.

● Good clinical decision-making and documentation skills.

● Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary IVF team.

● Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

● Knowledge of current IVF/ART clinical practices and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

● MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

● Fellowship/Certification/Advanced Training in Reproductive Medicine, IVF, or Assisted Reproductive Technology preferred.

● Valid medical registration.

● Relevant experience in a fertility centre or IVF hospital is preferred.

Experience

3–10+ years of relevant experience in IVF, infertility, reproductive medicine, or assisted reproductive technology.

Candidates with strong hands-on IVF experience and proven patient-management experience are encouraged to apply.

Based on level of experience salary may vary.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
