- Maintain and manage the inventory of IT assets including laptops desktops servers network devices and peripheral equipment
- Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle procurement deployment maintenance transfer and disposal
- Ensure accurate asset records in ITAM tools such as ServiceNow HAM Flexera Ivanti BMC Helix or Lansweeper
- Monitor asset compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies and audit requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for hardware purchases renewals warranty management and replacements
- Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification of hardware inventory
- Manage asset allocation movements returns and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding
- Track warranty lease and support contracts to ensure timely renewals
- Generate asset utilization depreciation and inventory reports for management
- Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end of life hardware assets
- Work closely with IT support procurement finance and security teams to maintain accurate asset data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and asset management records
- Support software hardware reconciliation and configuration management activities
- Maintain CMDB Configuration Management Database accuracy and data integrity
- Assist in implementing asset management processes standards and continuous improvements
