Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, technically sound, and results-oriented IT Team Lead to manage and coordinate our IT, digital marketing, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development, website management, digital marketing strategies, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and sales operations.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, monitoring project progress, executing digital marketing campaigns, generating business leads, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that technology and marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate IT and development teams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality delivery.
- Oversee website development, software applications, APIs, databases, and technical maintenance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor digital marketing performance and advertising budgets.
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads, coordinate sales activities, and support client relationship management.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to align activities with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, team performance,



KPIs, and campaign results, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to improve online visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Coordinate with management to resolve technical and operational challenges and achieve company targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant skilled experience in IT, digital marketing, team management, or related roles.
- Good understanding of website development, software development processes, and web technologies.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Experience coordinating with developers, digital marketers, and sales professionals.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work towards measurable business targets.
- Strong reporting, planning, and performance monitoring skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
