Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Assist in installation and configuration of hardware and software.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).

- Support users with email, internet, and application-related queries.

- Maintain IT inventory and update asset records.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), hardware, and networking.
