Job Vacancy: IT Person – Stock Market

We are looking for an IT professional to support our stock market operations, trading software, systems, and network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Good knowledge of stock market operations and trading platforms.
- Experience with NSE/BSE trading terminals, broker applications, and market-related software.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of trading software and applications.
- Strong knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and maintain uninterrupted trading operations.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, updates, and system configuration.
- Experience in managing servers, user accounts, permissions, and system administration.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus, firewalls, and data protection.
- Ability to maintain data backups and implement basic disaster recovery procedures.




- Troubleshooting of slow systems, software errors, login issues, and application failures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, email systems, and IT documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with brokers, software vendors, and internet service providers.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring maximum uptime during market hours.
- Valuable communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide quick technical support during live market hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, preferably in a stock brokerage, trading firm, or financial services company.
- Knowledge of trading APIs, OMS/RMS systems, FIX connectivity, or algorithmic trading infrastructure will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
