We are looking for a confident and result-oriented IT Sales & Business Development Executive who can communicate professionally in English, understand client requirements, negotiate effectively, and help us acquire current clients, particularly in international markets such as Australia.

Role Description

- Identify and approach potential business clients through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Research businesses to identify potential website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with Indian and international clients, particularly businesses in Australia.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Explain website development, redesign, SEO, landing pages, and other digital services clearly and professionally.
- Conduct discovery calls, online meetings, and sales discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service packages.
- Handle client objections, negotiate pricing, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and communicate them accurately to clients.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Take ownership of the sales process, from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal submission and deal closure.
- Work towards monthly sales,



client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Required Skills :-

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic to good understanding of IT services, websites, web development, domains, hosting, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Confidence in communicating with business owners and international clients.
- Good research, lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to write professional business emails and personalized outreach messages.
- A target-oriented mindset with ownership, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :-

- Experience in IT sales, website development sales, digital agency sales, SaaS sales, or B2B business development.
- Experience dealing with international clients, particularly Australian businesses.
- Candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and learning abilities may also apply if they are freshers.

Salary & Benefits :-

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
