Job Summary

HR Pro Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, knowledge of recruitment portals, and the ability to source and close suitable candidates within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals, especially Naukri.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant profiles.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
