IT Recruiter – India

J3S Global is seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles in the Indian market. You’ll partner with hiring managers and Account Managers to build candidate pipelines and deliver quality hires on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment from requirement briefing and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels; use Boolean searches to find suitable talent.
- Screen candidates for role fit, communication, availability, compensation expectations and interest.
- Coordinate interviews, share timely updates and support offer discussions and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activity and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, consultants and hiring stakeholders.

Requirements





- Typically 2–4 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience in India; experienced recruiters with a strong delivery record are also encouraged to apply.
- End-to-end recruitment and sourcing experience, including Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search.
- Familiarity with common IT roles and technical skills.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities.
- Experience in IT staffing, agency, RPO or technology hiring is preferred. ATS or recruitment CRM experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
