Role: IT Recruiter – Domestic Staffing

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore ( Sixth Floor, Sigma Tech Park, Near Varthur Kodi, Gamma Block, Varthur Kodi, Bangalore-560066, Karnataka )

Note: Looking for IT recruiters with client-facing experience only.

About the Role The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for our domestic consultancy clients, with a solid focus on sourcing candidates for technical and niche IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.




- Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal/client stakeholders.
- Work on multiple requirements and meet submission and closure targets.

Technical Hiring Expertise Hands-on experience recruiting for technical IT roles , particularly:

- Application Development
- Software Development
- SAP Roles
- AI / Artificial Intelligence Roles
- Oracle Positions
- Network / Networking Roles
- Other specialized IT and technology positions

Requirements

- Experience in IT Recruitment, preferably within domestic staffing/consultancy.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, IT job roles, and recruitment terminology.
- Proven ability to source and close candidates for technical requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
