About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter with year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Work on job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and share shortlisted profiles with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.




- Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT hiring preferred).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques via social media, portals, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR tools/ATS will be an advantage.
