Responsibilities Domestic IT Recruitment Trainee (Freshers)

- Undergo training in Domestic IT Recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.

- Learn to use recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.

- Understand IT job descriptions, technical skills, client requirements, and candidate profiles.

- Develop candidate calling, communication, and screening skills.

- Learn basic recruitment concepts such as CTC, salary negotiation, notice period, and candidate availability.

- Participate in mock calls, practical assignments, role-plays, and assessments.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers accurately.

- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.

- Apply the knowledge gained during training to practical recruitment activities.





- Meet training targets and demonstrate continuous improvement in recruitment skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in Domestic IT Recruitment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- Willingness to learn recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.

- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.

- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to attend training sessions, mock calls, and assessments.

- No prior work experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
