Job Summary

NS Global Corporation is looking for a motivated IT HR Recruiter with experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates currently based in Rajkot, Ahmedabad, or other locations who are willing to relocate to Rajkot are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Google search, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.





- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable IT professionals.

- Manage multiple job openings and meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or IT talent acquisition.

- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, SAP Consultants, and other IT professionals.
