Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor IT infrastructure alerts and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for incident tracking and resolution.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or critical alerts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and monitoring processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
