Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Hardware Executive to manage the organization’s IT hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, networking, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive checks.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential applications.

Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity.

Maintain IT hardware inventory, asset registers, and equipment allocation records.

Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and vendor support.

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related complaints within the required timeline.

Ensure data backup procedures, antivirus updates, and basic IT security practices.

Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, repairs, and technical issues.





Required Skills

Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Windows operating systems, drivers, and application installation.

Familiarity with printers, scanners, CCTV, and other office IT equipment is an advantage.

IT inventory management and documentation.

Positive problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware support or desktop support.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and corporate IT support.

Compensation

CTC: ₹20,000 per month (₹2,40,000 annually).

Work Location

Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Ideal Candidate A technically sound, proactive individual who can independently handle day-to-day IT support, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT asset management while ensuring minimal downtime for business operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
