Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive to manage the cinema theatre’s IT infrastructure, including servers, kiosk systems, POS machines, CCTV cameras, and biometric attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Kiosk Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain self-service ticket booking kiosks.
- POS Machine Handling: Maintain POS billing systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Server Management: Handle overall server operations, network connectivity, system monitoring, and basic server troubleshooting.
- CCTV Management: Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, recording systems, and surveillance connectivity.
- Biometric Systems: Manage biometric attendance devices, user registration, and attendance system troubleshooting.
- Network Support: Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and internet connections.
- Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshoot desktops, printers, peripherals, and software-related issues.
- Technical Support: Provide timely IT assistance to Box Office, F&B;, Operations, and other departments.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, data backups, software updates,



and equipment maintenance.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, server handling, or system administration is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of POS machines, kiosks, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to resolve technical issues quickly and minimize operational downtime.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Shift: Rotational (Day / Night)
- Weekly Off: As per the duty roster

Salary & Advantages Salary will be based on experience, technical skills, and performance.
