Maya Marine & Logistics is seeking a proactive, hands-on IT Support & System Administrator Executive for our Bhavnagar execution office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our office IT infrastructure, handling system troubleshooting, managing hardware/software maintenance, and supporting basic website updates. Both experienced candidates and qualified freshers with a strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- System & Hardware Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to office desktop systems, laptops, and networking devices.
- Infrastructure Support: Ensure the smooth, uninterrupted functioning of office internet connectivity, email systems, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Software & Backups: Manage software installations, regular system updates, and periodic data backups.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate records, inventory logs, and support documentation for all company IT assets.
- Website Maintenance: Monitor, manage, and coordinate routine website updates and basic functionality checks.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for specialized technical requirements or repairs.
- Employee Helpdesk:



Provide prompt, hands-on technical support to in office employees for routine hardware and software challenges.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Location: Based at or willing to work on-site at our Bhavnagar execution office.
- Experience Level: Open to both freshers with strong foundational knowledge and candidates with relevant early-career experience.
- Core Skills:
- Solid understanding of basic system troubleshooting, desktop/laptop hardware, and IT support.
- Familiarity with website maintenance principles and routine digital updates.
- Ability to manage routine day-to-day IT tasks independently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to assist team members and external vendors effectively.
