Job Summary

We are looking for an IT & Broadcast Engineer who can manage day-to-day IT support and assist in smooth broadcast operations. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle operational issues independently with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities o IT & Network Support: Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and Active Directory.

o Broadcast Operations: Support daily playout servers, automation systems, and audio/video signal flow. Resolve signal loss, black screens, or playback issues on priority.

o Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform health checks, manage backups/antivirus, execute preventive maintenance, and maintain IT asset records.

o Coordination & Incident Handling: Work closely with MCR teams,



transmission partners, cable operators, and third-party vendors for quick issue resolution.

Key Requirements o Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routers, switches, and Windows Server/Active Directory.

o Understanding of broadcast playout systems, MCR operations, and A/V signal flow.

o Proven hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.

o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

o Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
