IT Administrator –2-5 yrs , Kochi

Job Location : Kochi , KakkanadKey Responsibilities

- Technical support for hardware, software and networks.
- Employee onboarding, offboarding and access management.
- Install, configure and maintain IT systems.
- Support Microsoft 365, firewalls and network switches.
- Maintain documentation, backups and IT assets.
- Support IT security and ISO 27001 / ISMS audits. What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 2–5 years in IT / System Administration or Infrastructure Support.
- Networking, system security and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Microsoft 365, firewalls and user access management.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

- ISO 27001 / ISMS knowledge.
- CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, RHCSA or RHCE certifications.
