About the Role

We are seeking an IT & Business Automation Executive with a background in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. You will work with our management and administrative team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical technology solutions. Your work could involve organizing information into a shared system, setting up automated reminders, improving an online form, updating a website, helping with our LinkedIn presence, or showing colleagues how to use a digital tool more effectively.

This is not a coding-only position. We are looking for someone who can understand a business problem, research suitable options, implement a workable solution, and help the team use it confidently.

You do not need to be an expert in every platform. However, you should have a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve daily business processes: Understand how our team works, identify repetitive tasks and unnecessary manual steps, and recommend practical ways to improve efficiency and organization.
- Organize information and internal systems: Help set up and maintain shared spreadsheets, digital forms, task trackers, dashboards, document libraries, and client relationship management systems. Improve how information is recorded, located, updated, and shared with authorized team members.
- Implement useful automation: Create and maintain simple workflows for reminders, follow-ups, task assignments,



information collection, and routine reporting. Research appropriate automation and AI tools, test their outputs, and introduce them with management approval.
- Support websites and digital communication: Update website content, maintain online forms, check that inquiries reach the right people, and assist with basic website improvements. Support approved LinkedIn page updates, recruitment posts, and the organization of outreach activities.
- Help the team use technology effectively: Troubleshoot everyday software issues, assist colleagues with productivity tools, and create clear instructions or short demonstrations. Help ensure that recent systems are understandable and usefulnot simply installed and left unused.
- Research and implement improvements: Compare tools based on business needs, cost, ease of use, and maintenance requirements. Present clear recommendations, build small demonstrations where appropriate, and coordinate with external specialists when a task requires advanced expertise.
- Maintain reliable and secure systems: Test changes, document how tools work, maintain appropriate access permissions, and handle confidential information responsibly. Use only approved systems for sensitive business or client information.
