Role Description The Investor Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, responding to investor inquiries, and providing clear information about the company’s products, strategy, and performance.

The Executive will prepare and deliver investor presentations, reports, and updates, coordinate investor meetings and events, and support fundraising initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market and competitor activity, collaborating with internal teams (finance, product, marketing) to gather data and insights, and ensuring consistent,



compliant messaging across all investor communications. The role also involves maintaining investor databases, tracking feedback, and contributing to strategies that enhance investor confidence and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and technical concepts clearly.
- Experience or knowledge in finance, investments, capital markets, or fintech; familiarity with asset-backed tokens, digital assets, or commodities is a plus.
- Skills in data analysis, report writing, and use of spreadsheets or financial tools for preparing investor materials and performance summaries.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships, manage investor queries, and handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or client-facing roles in financial services or technology is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial for local investor engagement.
