We are looking for passionate recruitment professionals with experience in Investment Banking, BFSI or Financial Services recruitment to join our growing team.

As an Investment Banking Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for leading investment banks, global financial institutions and banking GCCs. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, candidate engagement skills and the ability to deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Candidates from recruitment consultancies, executive search firms, staffing agencies and RPO organisations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates across Investment Banking, BFSI and Financial Services.
- Source candidates for roles across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office functions, depending on client requirements.
- Recruit for positions across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Equity Research, M&A;, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit Risk and Banking Operations, as assigned.
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess profiles against client requirements.
- Understand job descriptions, hiring criteria and client expectations to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up on offers, negotiate compensation where appropriate,



and support candidates through joining.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets, closure numbers and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and market intelligence.

Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, BFSI, Banking or Financial Services recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Candidates from recruitment consultancies, executive search firms, staffing companies and RPOs are preferred.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment.
- Understanding of Investment Banking functions and financial-services job titles is an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor.

Note: General IT recruitment experience without relevant Investment Banking or Financial Services hiring exposure may not be suitable for this position. Compensation & Incentives

Location Preference Candidates residing along Mumbai's Western Line, particularly Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Goregaon and Andheri, are preferred due to the Malad West office location.
