Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to support lead generation, customer outreach, content creation, and campaign tracking. It is a hands-on opportunity to bridge academic learning with real-world business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through online and offline channels.
- Assist in contacting prospects, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer records and interaction notes in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and follow-up materials.

Marketing Support

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Create basic marketing collateral, emails, or social media posts (using tools like Canva or MS Office).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends.
- Help organize promotional events, webinars, or brand initiatives.





Reporting & Analysis

- Track campaign engagement metrics, lead conversions, and performance data.
- Compile weekly or monthly summary reports for the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Currently in final semester or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic social media platforms.
- Mindset: Eagerness to learn, solid organizational habits, and the ability to handle rejection or fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, Canva, or basic CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or cold outreach.
